Laura is one of the driving forces and key member of our team here at Appleton Park Dental; much – loved by our patients and colleagues alike, Laura sets the tone for our nursing team with her infectious work-ethic and standards of professionalism and duty of care – all with a smile on her face!
She will go the extra mile to make our patients feel comfortable and cared-for.
Laura started her career as a trainee dental nurse in August 2015.
She qualified with a Dental Nursing Diploma level 3 in august 2017.
She joined the team here at Appleton Park in January 2019 and
has since assumed the role of Head Dental Nurse and Treatment Co-ordinator.
Laura enjoys interacting with patients and helping them overcome
any fears or trepidation of seeing the dentist. She likes to work in
our decontamination unit and also spending some time on reception.
Laura is very organised and her strengths include social
skills, communication, putting patients at ease, training new nurses
and organising events.
Laura enjoys travelling and socialising with friends and family outside
of work.
